BBQ Dinner Dance: The next event is the BBQ Dinner Dance on Saturday, September 13, 2008, from 5 - 9 PM at Shaeffer Station. The live band is the same one that has played for us before. General Information: Check out all the fundraiser pages to see what's been happening with the Auxiliary. Also check the calender pages for changes of event dates, notably the Pancake Breakfast/Bake Sale/Garage Sale, which date has been changed from November 1 to November 8. The Quarter Brigade Trunk-R-Treat party is on Friday, October 31, which is a definite time conflict! It always takes the Friday before the event to set-up the garagae sale, so since the garage sale portion of the fundraiser has been reinstated, the date of the event had to be changed. The next auxiliary meeting is Tuesday, August 19, at 7:30 PM at Shaeffer Station. Everyone is welcome to attend. September 2 Board Meeting: The Board met at 7:00 PM. There were a number of issues to discuss and the meeting ran rather long. |
