Auxiliary: All auxiliary meetings meet the third Tuesday of each month at Shaeffer Station. The meetings start at 7:30 P.M. You are cordially invited to attend any auxiliary meeting of the Peninsula Fire Department. Your help and input will be greatly appreciated. Fundraisers: Schedule of 2008 Fund-raisers was on the agenda at the January 15, 2008, auxiliary meeting. There will be 4 major fundraising events that benefit the Peninsula Fire Department.

Cleveland Events: The Auxiliary tries to coordinate its events with Cleveland events since our fire department participates in the parades and public events they hold. For 2008, Cleveland's schedule shows: Freedom Celebration at Feyodi Park - July 5 (Saturday) - PFD First Responders and EMTs set up Rescue 1 as a Rest & Assistance space for the participants of the event Pioneer Days & Parade - September 20 (Saturday) - PFD usually has a truck or two in the parade, with our Quarter Brigade members throwing candy to the crowd. Christmas Parade - December 13 (Saturday) - PFD tries to participate in the parade (scheduling conflicts precluded PFD participation in 2007) Quarter Brigade: Click on the link to the right to read about the various events the junior members of the fire department have in process and/or are planning for 2008.
